All my water lilies in watercolour are free-hand and I go with the flow to complete the painting. It is indeed a tremendous meditative experience for me.
What is the signature speciality of the waterlilies and lotuses? They grow in stagnant water, obviously not very clean, but they are so pure! Everything in nature has something to teach us, what life is all about!
